Security

• Fixed a bug when attempting to register a new user (error occurred while trying to validate the user during the identification step).
• Fixed an issue where linking an account to an Active Directory account.  The security token with the link to the AD account didn't encrypt properly, thus preventing it from being used for logging in.

 Published Documents

• Upgraded to the new platform.
• Management of Document Library in Windows application has been moved to the new platform.
• Online UI where documents can be downloaded has been upgraded from a legacy widget to the new framework widget.

Workflows

• Workflow editor has been upgraded to show basic details for the workflow in the Details tab.       
• New workflow report builder has been included in this version
• The first step on the New Workflow page now allows searching for the workflow template.

Compliance & Requirements

• Fixed an issue where an upgraded compliance requirement doesn't get changed to inactive which resulted in both the new and expired requirement remaining active.

• Upgraded to the new platform (web application only for now).
• Additional change log functionality on all applications and records.

New Web Platform

• Apply for leave

  • Visual representation of leave balance calculations using a stack chart.  If application will be split into multiple applications (i.e. previous year leave and current annual leave), it will reflect in the calculations.
  • Option to specify hours for partial day applications (from begin time to end time)
  • Security option to restrict editing of duration
  • If application duration is changed manually, a reason must be provided.
  • Can attach multiple files during the application process.

• Fixed an issue where the source review profile wasn't determined correctly under a specific set of circumstances.
• Fixed an issue where completed reviews weren't being listed for the main reviewer when requested.
• Fixed an issue where the stats for the Employee Reviews were incorrect when looking at the Reviews as Reviewee stat.
• It is now possible to hide the Review Totals block for Formal Reviews.  In Review Template, specify Total Display Method to "Hide Totals".
• Opening a Review Process in the Windows application now displays basic details about the review process.
• Start next review activity for multiple review processes in a batch.

Module has been upgraded to the new platform.  The following items were upgraded:

• Incident Locations
• Incident Types
• Incident Editor where most of the incident details can be viewed from the Windows application.

The whole web portion of the Incident Reporting is now live with this upgrade which allows for reporting of new incidents and managing existing incidents and related workflows.

Note:  Email notification designs should be checked as the tag names have changed from previous versions.
